All Ambic furniture is pre-assembled and is delivered fully constructed and ready to provide you with years of reliable service.

PHONE 0191 389 1888 and ask for ‘Delivery' who will confirm the following delivery options that are available to you:

A =      Standard Delivery (less than 30miles)

Delivery is FREE for standard items within a 30mile radius of Ambic's manufacturing premises in County Durham. Goods are delivered by Ambic vans and delivery staff.

B =      Contract Delivery (more than 30miles)

We securely package your goods in a purpose-built protective wooden frame and deliver to you via a contracted delivery company.

C =      Personal Delivery (more than 30miles)

Standard goods are delivered by Ambic vans and delivery staff and placed on site in agreed situation.

D =      Installation Delivery (FREE. Cost included in quote)

Goods and construction material are delivered by Ambic vans and delivery or installation staff onto your premises where the goods are collectively installed, constructed or built at the designated location. This delivery method is costed into the initial quotation.

The specifics and cost of these methods of delivery must be discussed by calling 0191 389 1888 and asking for ‘Delivery'.

Delivery Terms

All Orders for delivery to a location outside of the 30mile Ambic radius are subject to a carriage surcharge reflective of the delivery method chosen. The prices quoted by our staff members are exclusive of VAT and should be added to the completed Order Form.

Delivery methods ‘A' and ‘B' (see above) are to one ground floor location at a UK address that is secure, undercover and weatherproof.

Carriage cost is at the discretion of the Company and may be wavered on substantial order values.

Caution!
It is imperative that delivered goods are clearly checked before being signed for (especially under contracted delivery). The signing for delivered goods is acceptance that the goods have been received with no damage.

If delivery is not refused then you the Customer shall be bound to pay the price for the goods.
